After a successful grand reopening of The Rose Center in June, we decided to host our most recent Taste of Jay’s again at Rose Center to showcase even more ways you can dress up the space, and of course, treat our clients to delicious food and beverage offerings. The ballroom theme this time around reflected more of a modern chic design while the outdoor courtyard gave off a rustic, mid-century vibe with a plethora of beautiful floral arrangements and fun food station signs. Inside, two lounge set ups were provided by Bright Event Rentals that consisted of gorgeous grey velvet tufted chairs and couch along with a geometric, metallic coffee table. The sweetheart table and chairs were made of clear acrylic and decorated with a jaw-dropping assortment of pampas grass, pink and white roses, and eucalyptus leaves from The Flower Boutique. The entire interior of the Rose Center was up lit in blue and purple lights from Infuse Designs who also draped the walls and provided a white dance floor. Our Filet Mignon Carvery, Sliders, Poke, and Dessert Stations were set up here. Just outside sat our Taco, Flatbread, Melts, Chicken, and Pasta Stations, and a new addition to our Taste of Jay’s, the French Fry Station. Each station was heavily decorated in greenery and floral touches from French Buckets who also added her floral magic to the ceremony display in the courtyard. Drinks were flowing from our Craft Cocktail Bar and tasty Steamed Bun, Fig Goat Cheese and Mascarpone Tart and Filet and Wild Mushroom hors d’oeuvres were tray passed throughout the evening. Dillon Phommasa was there from start to finish to capture the good eats and good times on camera so we could share them with you below!
