Hannah and her bridesmaids posed for photos in the ballroom at the Rose Center while Chris waited upstairs for his beautiful bride. Hannah wore a a-line sequin wedding gown that had a long trailing train for an extra dramatic effect. Her bridesmaids were dressed in different shades and styles of blush to match the bouquets they held. After a few photos, Hannah headed upstairs for her first look with Chris. Chris was wearing a navy tux with blush tie to match the bridesmaid dresses. Hannah tapped his shoulder to turn around. Smiles filled both of their faces when they gazed upon each other for the first time that day in their wedding attire. The two hugged and were met with cheers from their bridesmaids and groomsmen, then headed outside for group photos on the lawn and in front of the venue.
While the bridal party was busy lining up for the ceremony, guests entered the courtyard of the Rose Center and signed Jenga block pieces, grabbed refreshing water or lemonade, then took a seat. A wooden arbor stood tall center stage and was covered in beautiful pastel colored roses. Live music began and Chris, the groomsmen, and bridesmaids made their grand entrance. Hannah walked out last meeting her groom at the head of the aisle. The two exchanged personal vows and were pronounced husband and wife as guests rose from their seats cheering the newlyweds on.
During cocktail hour everyone enjoyed Thai Chicken Spring Rolls, Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms, and drinks from the bar. The photo booth became a popular hot spot while dinner tables were being brought outside for the reception portion of the evening. Once tables were set, guests were invited to their seats. Each table was topped with ivory linen, a floral centerpiece, candles, and silver rimmed china. Hannah and Chris entered the space and shared their first dance in front of friends and family before dinner was served. A delicious menu was put together by our Event Specialist, Sierra, along with the happy couple ahead of time and served in plated courses the night of the wedding. First, a Pear and Walnut Salad, then, Atlantic Salmon Filet, Filet Mignon, Artichoke Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Broccolini. After dinner, the newlyweds cut their white cake with Bavarian filling and buttercream icing while guests enjoyed macarons. The evening ended with a sweet surprise by Chris. He serenaded his wife with a sweet song before thanking everyone for coming to celebrate their love.
